Today, we’ve placed the very first columns of Herstal Logistics, marking the official start of the construction phase. On the Hauts Sarts industrial site in Herstal, we’re developing four energy-efficient logistics units, ranging from 8,609 sqm to 10,813 sqm. And we’re not just building; we’re pioneering.
We’re proud to announce that Herstal Logistics will be the first-ever logistics building constructed using The Circle by Willy Naessens Industrial Buildings — a groundbreaking concrete concept that delivers a modular design for industrial properties in just 2 hours with only 100 building blocks, which are easily demountable.
The result? Projects are completed faster, with less material consumption and greater efficiency. The Circle sets a new level in efficiency, sustainability, and future-readiness, and we’re thrilled to lead the way.
