Deze transactie versterkt aanzienlijk de aanwezigheid van Intervest in Frankrijk en vormt de tweede strategische acquisitie in het land, na de eerdere samenwerking met Virtuo Industrial Property. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Een hoogwaardige portefeuille op strategische locaties<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>De portefeuille bestaat uit vijf moderne Grade A logistieke sites, strategisch gelegen langs de belangrijkste logistieke corridors in Frankrijk, waaronder:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lyon (Saint-Quentin-Fallavier &amp; La Verpilli\u00e8re)<\/li>\n<li>Troyes (Buch\u00e8res)<\/li>\n<li>Angers (Verri\u00e8res-en-Anjou)<\/li>\n<li>Toulouse (Saint-Jory)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Samen vertegenwoordigen deze assets circa 140.000 m\u00b2 logistieke ruimte en zijn ze volledig verhuurd aan een gediversifieerde groep huurders, actief in sectoren zoals retail, lifestyle, landbouw en transport.<\/p>\n<p>De portefeuille kent een bezettingsgraad van 100%, genereert stabiele langetermijnhuurinkomsten en biedt aantrekkelijk herwaarderingspotentieel, met huurprijzen die in verschillende markten onder het huidige marktniveau liggen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Strategische groei in Frankrijk<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Deze acquisitie betekent een verdere uitbreiding van de aanwezigheid van Intervest in Frankrijk en bouwt voort op de eerdere samenwerking met Virtuo Industrial Property.
