Nieuwe mijlpaal in Herstal<\/h2>\n

Vandaag hebben we de allereerste kolommen geplaatst van Herstal Logistics,<\/a> wat de offici\u00eble start van de bouwfase markeert. Op de industri\u00eble site Hauts Sarts in Herstal realiseren we vier energie-effici\u00ebnte logistieke units, vari\u00ebrend van 8.609 m\u00b2 tot 10.813 m\u00b2. We bouwen niet alleen, we innoveren. <\/p>\n

Met trots kondigen we aan dat Herstal Logistics<\/strong> het allereerste <\/strong>logistieke pand wordt dat gerealiseerd wordt met The Circle by Willy Naessens Industrial Buildings<\/strong>,<\/a> een baanbrekend betonconcept dat een modulair ontwerp mogelijk maakt voor industri\u00eble gebouwen. Dankzij deze innovatieve aanpak kan een structuur in slechts 2 uur<\/strong> worden opgebouwd met slechts 100 bouwelementen<\/strong>, die bovendien eenvoudig demonteerbaar zijn.<\/p>\n

Het resultaat is duidelijk. Snellere realisaties, een lager materiaalverbruik en een hogere effici\u00ebntie. The Circle zet een nieuwe standaard op het vlak van effici\u00ebntie, duurzaamheid en toekomstgericht bouwen. We zijn trots om hierin het voortouw te nemen. <\/p>\n
